Privacy Policy

This policy explains how personal data is handled on luxuriance.studio. I keep it short and honest — I collect the minimum needed to reply to you and, if you ask for it, to keep you posted about my work and courses.

1. Data controller

The data controller is Krzysztof Piątkowski (Luxuriance Studio), based in Warsaw, Poland. For anything related to your personal data, write to hello@luxuriance.studio.

2. What I collect and why

• Contact form — your name, email address, project type, and message. Legal basis: taking steps prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and legitimate interest in answering inquiries. Used solely to reply to you.
• Course interest / waitlist form — your email address and course preference. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Used to send you updates about upcoming courses. You can withdraw consent at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email or by writing to me.

I don't sell or share your data for advertising, and I don't use it for automated decision-making.

3. Where your data is processed

• Cloudflare — hosts this website and processes form submissions (Cloudflare Workers). Cloudflare may process technical data (IP address, request logs) to serve and secure the site.
• MailerLite — stores contact-form messages routed to my inbox and, with your consent, email addresses for course updates.
• Google Fonts — typefaces are loaded from Google's servers, which involves your browser requesting files from Google (your IP address is visible to Google in that request).

4. How long I keep it

Contact inquiries: up to 2 years after our last exchange, in case we work together. Course-update emails: until you unsubscribe or ask me to delete your data.

5. Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data; restriction of or objection to its processing; and a portable copy. You can also withdraw consent at any time and lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (in Poland: UODO). Just email hello@luxuriance.studio — I'll handle it personally.

6. Cookies & local storage

This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. It uses browser local storage for two things only: remembering your language choice and remembering whether you've already voted for a course. Neither identifies you.

7. Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will appear on this page with an updated date.
